General terms of use and service

Welcome to Peremo.ba. By using our services or website, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service provider

Washing, drying, and ironing are provided by:

2. Liability for damage and special treatment

• Care according to the label: We wash, dry, and treat laundry only according to the manufacturer's sewn-in care label.
• Items without a label: Without a factory or readable label we are not responsible for shrinkage, dye transfer, distortion, or other damage. You hand over such items at your own risk.
• Sorting and mixing (machine service): For machine washing you sort and pack the laundry. We do not re-sort it, and we are not responsible if colours or incompatible materials are washed together.
• Delicate materials: When you hand items over, or in the order note, tell us clearly about silk, wool, leather, feathers, satin, appliqué, crystals, and similar. Otherwise we are not responsible for damage from a standard machine programme.
• Hidden faults and wear: We are not responsible for split seams, holes, lining that falls apart, and similar damage caused by age, wear, a factory fault, or earlier poor treatment outside our shop.
• Items left in pockets: Empty pockets before you hand clothes over. We are not responsible for money, documents, or personal items left in clothing, or for damage from coins, lighters, pens, keys, tissues, and similar.
• Specific damage and stains: We do our best, with professional products, to remove soiling. We cannot guarantee full removal, or accept responsibility for lasting fabric damage that already existed, when stains are set by age, high heat, or earlier treatment with household chemicals.

3. Prices, payment, and billing

• Fixed price per machine: The price covers one full machine cycle, whether the machine is full or half full. Unused capacity is not carried over to later orders.
• How prices are shown: All prices are in KM and are final retail prices.
• VAT status: OR "PEREMO" is not a VAT payer under the VAT law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so VAT is not charged.

4. Collection and storage

• Collection deadline: Once we notify you (SMS, Viber, email, or phone) that it is ready, collect the laundry within 7 calendar days.
• Storage fees and uncollected items: After 7 days we may charge a storage fee. After 60 days we may dispose of uncollected laundry to cover our costs, without further notice.

5. Complaints

• When to complain: Complaints about quality (stains, ironing, missing items) must be made immediately when you collect or receive the laundry. We do not accept them later, after you have taken the laundry or the handover is finished.
• Complaints book: The consumer complaints book is kept at the premises at Bulevar Meše Selimovića 31, Sarajevo.
