How long do washing and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on the amount of laundry and the services you choose. For urgent jobs we also offer an express service for an extra fee.
How soon do I need to collect my clean laundry?
Please collect it within 7 days of the moment we tell you it is ready.
Do you work with companies (businesses, apartments, restaurants) and what are the prices?
Yes. We work with businesses such as cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, gyms, and short-stay apartments. Companies can sign a contract and pay by bank transfer. Business prices are not taken from the standard price list; we agree them individually based on volume and how often you need laundry done. Contact us and we will prepare an offer for your business.
Which detergents do you use?
We use high-quality, environmentally considerate detergents that are gentle on fabrics and skin. Tell us about any allergies or special requirements.
Do you wash special fabrics?
Yes. We have programmes for delicate fabrics, wool, silk, and other special materials. Mention any special requirements when you order.
Which area do you deliver to?
We currently cover Čengić Vila, focusing on the Vranica towers and nearby buildings. For delivery outside this area, contact us and we will see what we can do.
How do you treat clothes, and what if there is no label?
We treat every item strictly according to the manufacturer's sewn-in care label. If a garment has no label, or the label cannot be read, washing is at your own risk.
Who is responsible for colour mixing in machine washes (packs up to 6 kg)?
For our popular machine-wash packs, you sort the laundry yourself. We are not responsible for dye transfer or damage if incompatible fabrics, or colours and whites, were packed together.
