Steps to delete an account

  1. Identify yourself: Give the phone number or email you used to register on Peremo.ba.
  2. Send the request: Email us those details and a short reason for deletion.
  3. Confirmation: We will contact you by email or phone within 7 working days to confirm the request.
  4. Deletion: After confirmation, the account and related data are permanently deleted within 7 days.

Data that is deleted

Once we confirm the request, we permanently delete:

  • User account and profile
  • Name, email, phone, and address
  • Order history (except what must be kept for accounting)
  • Settings and preferences
  • All sessions

Data that is kept

By law, we have to keep some things:

  • Accounting data: Financial records and transactions are kept for 10 years under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are anonymised and have no personal identifiers.
  • Log data: Security logs for up to 12 months — to protect against abuse and for technical diagnostics.
  • Anonymised data: We may keep aggregated, anonymous statistics without a time limit, but they cannot identify you.

Additional information

  • Deletion can take up to 7 days after the request is confirmed.
  • After deletion you cannot recover your data or order history.
  • If you have an active order, wait until it is finished before sending the request.
